HQH Sheds and its agents are NOT responsible for building permits, setbacks, restrictions, or covenants. PLEASE contact your local codes department or Homeowners Association. It is up to the customer to decide whether ground conditions are suitable for delivery. HQH Sheds and its delivery drivers are NOT responsible for yard or driveway damage. Building warranties will be voided if ground grade of building set location is over 30" out of level. Free delivery and setup includes ONE TRIP, additional trips may incur CHARGES to the customer. Does not include ground anchors. One way charge of $3.00 per mile for every additional odometer mile beyond the first 150 on 10- and 12-foot-wide buildings. $4.00 per additional mile over 130 miles on 14-foot-wide buildings. $5.00 per additional mile over 115 miles on 16-foot-wide buildings. Width of buildings are determined at the eaves.
